733 Capitol is a newly renovated apartment complex in the near-north side of Indianapolis. The 30,000sqft plus apartment complex offers more than two dozen units with 5 penthouse units upstairs and three office spaces. The downtown location provides immediate access to the Circle Center shopping mall, IU hospital, and IUPUI University. Previous to our construction the existing building was left vacant for many years not meeting fire code and the city described its stucco exterior as an overall eyesore.Our renovation included bringing the building up to code, a new corrugated and galvanized steel exterior and portions of painted cement board, new interior finishes, a gated parking area, and all new aluminum framed double insulated windows.
