BRU Burger Bar at 1234 N Eddy Street is part of Eddy Street Commons — the mixed-use "college town" development immediately south of the University of Notre Dame that opened in 2009. Eddy Commons hosts 90,000+ square feet of retail and restaurants and is one of the most-trafficked walkable dining districts in northern Indiana.

Craft Construction Management delivered Bru Burger for Cunningham Restaurant Group as part of their multi-market BRU rollout. The Eddy Street location required compliance with the development's master brand and signage standards alongside typical restaurant tenant finish and kitchen coordination.
