Indianapolis office tenant finish for a hospitality operator

Craft Construction Management delivered the Cunningham Restaurant Group corporate headquarters at 530 Fulton Street — a renovated industrial building northeast of downtown Indianapolis. The design by Phanomen preserved the industrial shell while layering in modern, inhabitable finishes: large industrial roll-up doors on rails, polished concrete, exposed structure, and contemporary meeting rooms and private offices.

As an Indianapolis office tenant finish contractor we've worked with CRG across more than a dozen restaurant projects, and translating that long-running operator partnership into their corporate workplace meant the tenant finish had to carry the same hospitality detail that shows up in their restaurants.

Adaptive reuse office construction

Industrial-to-office conversions require structural, envelope, and MEP upgrades that a ground-up tenant finish doesn't. We managed the envelope work, daylighting strategy, and collaboration-space construction while keeping the rough industrial character CRG wanted for their brand home.
