Exchange Whiskey Bar at 301 Massachusetts Avenue is one of Indianapolis's most detailed hospitality buildouts — a compact, high-finish concept that relies on custom millwork, specialty lighting, and meticulous bar fabrication to set the tone for the experience. Craft Construction Management delivered the build inside the Mass Ave Cultural Arts District, where tight sidewalks and full-block active storefronts require careful logistics from day one.

Our team coordinated custom walnut back-bar millwork, brass accents, insulated glass storefronts, and a bar equipment package built around a curated whiskey library. As a Mass Ave general contractor we know how to keep a construction site presentable on a pedestrian arts corridor — material staging, dumpster scheduling, and trade parking were all managed to minimize disruption to the neighbors.
