Livery
Indianapolis Latin concept restaurant buildout
Livery, at 720 N College Avenue just west of the Mass Ave Cultural Arts District, is a modern Latin American restaurant housed in a restored historic building. Craft Construction Management handled the hospitality construction scope — structural stabilization, MEP upgrade, custom ceiling and bar millwork, commercial kitchen installation, and a large-format rear patio.
The College Avenue corridor is one of the fastest-growing restaurant rows in Indianapolis, and Livery's buildout needed to land on the right side of both the city's historic preservation standards and a developer-driven opening schedule. We ran the site as a prime Indianapolis restaurant contractor would: single point of accountability, weekly owner updates, and tight change-order control.
Indoor-outdoor hospitality construction
Livery's signature patio required coordinated structural, MEP, and landscape trades working around an occupied block. We sequenced the patio build late in the schedule so the concept opened with its full outdoor footprint ready for Indy's summer dining season.
