Nesso at 339 Delaware Street sits a block from Monument Circle in the heart of the downtown Indianapolis dining core. Craft Construction Management delivered a hospitality buildout tuned for Mediterranean cuisine — wood-fired oven integration, open kitchen architecture, and a bar package built around natural wines and low-ABV cocktails.

Wood-fire restaurant construction

Installing and venting a wood-fired oven inside a downtown high-rise is a structural, mechanical, and life-safety coordination problem. We ran it as a pre-construction long-lead item so the concept opened with a fully commissioned hearth.
