Nora district restaurant contractor

Provision at 2721 E 86th Street #200 is an upscale casual restaurant in the Nora district — the 86th Street corridor that connects the Fashion Mall at Keystone, Nora Plaza, and a cluster of North Indianapolis dining destinations. Craft Construction Management delivered the tenant finish for Provision as part of a combined hospitality buildout with Rize, located in the same 86th Street address.

Nora has become one of Indianapolis's most active restaurant corridors — Indianapolis Business Journal has reported on Fox Restaurant Concepts and other national operators entering the market in recent years. Our work on Provision and Rize established the kitchen and bar infrastructure that supports two distinct concepts under one roof.

Shared-kitchen concept construction

When two hospitality concepts share a building, the kitchen, utilities, deliveries, and life-safety systems all need to be planned as one. We ran combined MEP and equipment packages for Provision and Rize so day-part transitions between the two concepts happen seamlessly.
