Rize at 2721 E 86th Street occupies the street-level footprint of a combined hospitality build in Indianapolis's Nora district. Craft Construction Management delivered the buildout for a breakfast-and-brunch concept designed to thrive on 86th Street's dense daytime traffic.

Nora sits at the intersection of Washington Township residential neighborhoods and the Keystone at the Crossing commercial district — one of the most reliably high-foot-traffic dining corridors in Indianapolis. Rize's design and construction needed to move people through quickly during the morning rush while holding a premium dine-in feel.

Breakfast concepts live and die on throughput. We laid out the kitchen line, pick-up pass, and dining room adjacencies for rapid-fire service, and coordinated signage, landlord approvals, and brand fixture installation for a clean opening.
