Craft Construction Management partnered with Cunningham Restaurant Group to deliver Shin Dig as a full-scope entertainment restaurant buildout.

Roosevelt Avenue construction near Mass Ave carries its own logistics: adjacent active tenants, historic building stock, and a strong neighborhood voice. We ran a transparent pre-construction process so schedule and scope expectations were set before site mobilization.
