Indianapolis e-commerce office buildout

Supply Kick is an e-commerce operator based in downtown Indianapolis. Their new headquarters is a converted warehouse that previously housed a stone engraving business — the kind of industrial-to-office conversion that's become a signature Indianapolis commercial construction story. Craft Construction Management delivered the full adaptive reuse scope: envelope upgrades including large modern aluminum-framed windows, interior office buildout, and workplace finishes.

Warehouse-to-office conversions are a specialty within Indianapolis general contracting. The envelope, mechanical, and life-safety upgrades all interact, and getting them right is the difference between a raw shell and a workplace that passes occupancy on the target date.
