Tavern at the Point at 401 Massachusetts Avenue occupies a prominent Mass Ave corner lot — one of the most photographed intersections in the Mass Ave Cultural Arts District. Craft Construction Management delivered the interior buildout and exterior façade work as part of the operator's rollout of a casual neighborhood tavern concept.

Corner lots in the arts district come with outsize visibility and outsize permitting complexity. As an Indianapolis general contractor for hospitality, we managed the historic review process, coordinated streetscape impacts with the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, and delivered a durable finish package sized for a high-traffic operator.

Restaurant buildout, operator-ready

The scope included kitchen line fabrication, bar and back-bar construction, banquette millwork, façade glazing, and phased occupancy so operations could stage training during punchlist. Tavern at the Point hit its opening window with a clean closeout.
