Mass Ave private members club construction

The Bemberg is a private members-only club in downtown Indianapolis, located in the heart of the Mass Ave Cultural Arts District and the Central Business District. This Cunningham Restaurant Group concept features 3,600 sq ft of floor-to-ceiling luxury finishes, a 45-foot bar with brass-accented shelving, a spiral staircase, walnut carpentry throughout, and required special historical zoning compliance.

Craft Construction Management delivered this ultra-premium hospitality buildout as an Indianapolis general contractor with proven Mass Ave and historic-district experience. Material tolerances, finish schedules, and design-build coordination were all tuned for a members-only room where every detail is visible.

When the owner is a hospitality operator with a long track record of showpiece interiors, the bar is higher on every square foot. The Bemberg's walnut carpentry, brass detailing, and custom fabricated stairs required a trade roster and QC process that could hold those tolerances through closeout.
