Think Ahead Studios at 605 E Market Street required a specialized office buildout — production studios, acoustic treatments, control rooms, daylight-controlled edit bays, and client review spaces all inside a downtown floor plate. Craft Construction Management delivered this tenant finish as an Indianapolis general contractor with experience in AV-heavy commercial construction.

Studio construction isn't a typical tenant finish. Wall assemblies, mechanical isolation, and electrical bonding all have specialty requirements driven by the audio and video work being done inside the space. We coordinated those trades up front so client shoots could start the week the project closed out.

Studio-grade commercial construction

Controlled acoustics, clean power, and finish precision matter more in a production studio than in a standard office. Our subcontractor selection and QA/QC process reflected that — this was a tenant finish built for the camera.
