Union 50

Formerly a bricklayers union hall, Union 50 has won the 2015 - 2013 IIDA IDEA Hospitality Best in Category Winner and the 2015 IIDA IDEA Best in Show award. This restaurant/venue has a stage with professional sound wired in. The kitchen features a large harvest table with its crowing $25,000 pizza oven that can be seen through the open style kitchen.Spray sound insulation was required for the roof of this combination of dinner and a show. The original terrazzo flooring was kept, but a new modern application of cedar was applied to the walls and a granite 40 ft bar with shelving that runs to the ceiling behind it.
